CELL Foundation
CELL Foundation is a not-for-profit organization founded by
socially committed youth, working across diverse aspects of human
development through creative, inclusive, and community-driven
initiatives. Registered under the Indian Trusts Act in March 2023
and listed on the NITI Aayog’s Darpan portal, the Foundation
promotes grassroots movements led by people — especially the
youth — to foster sustained and inclusive change.

Our Impact
CELL Foundation has made a significant impact through education, health awareness, and community development. Since 2018, it has provided free education to children in slum areas. The foundation’s ‘Book in Hand Campaign’ established three libraries in Delhi—Gandhi Vihar, Vijay Nagar, and Delhi University—offering thousands of books without fees. Additionally, the foundation has distributed thousands of sanitary pads in slum areas, raising awareness about menstrual hygiene. By promoting literacy and health, the foundation empowers marginalized communities, fostering learning, gender equality, and social upliftment.
